For the final project of Studio 2022, I designed a senior living community, Wise Waters, located on a city block in Uptown New Orleans near the riverfront. The design is centered around six vertical cores positioned on the western edge of the site, creating a foundation for an abstract tiered structure. This configuration provides each resident with a private balcony and maximizes outdoor access across the units.

The community includes five distinct unit types distributed thoughtfully throughout the site, offering variety and adaptability for residents. The design also incorporates shared amenities such as a nature trail, a pavilion, and the Wise Water Lakes, fostering connection to nature and community among residents.
